Several corridors indexed on our platform (including but not limited to the South Tyrol Dolomites, Sierra de Grazalema, and Peloponnese high trails) involve inherent physical risks, including extreme altitude shifts, sudden alpine weather changes, rockfalls, rough terrain, and cellular dead zones.

• Personal Fitness & Preparedness: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their physical condition, equipment, navigation devices, and technical skill level are adequate for the chosen route.
• Local Mountain Regulations: Users must strictly adhere to local forestry laws, park permits, national park boundary restrictions, and seasonal trail closures.
• Emergency Evacuation: Users are required to maintain appropriate international travel and mountain search-and-rescue insurance coverage (e.g., Alpine Club / CAI membership or equivalent).

4. Intellectual Property & Dossier Licensing

All proprietary algorithms, editorial dossiers, corridor indexes, visual styling, source code, data visualizations, and telemetry layouts on indexpopvault.surf are the exclusive property of Index pop vault Intelligence Ltd and protected under European and international copyright laws.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access route dossiers solely for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not scrape, republish, resell, repackage, or reverse-engineer our datasets without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Index pop vault Intelligence Ltd, its directors, employees, or field researchers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Personal injury, illness, or death arising during independent travel.
• Train delays, cancellations, strikes, or timetable modifications executed by regional rail operators.
• Inaccuracies in weather telemetry, trail markers, or lodging operational status.
• Loss of personal property or travel disruption caused by natural events or force majeure.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our interface immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in automated scraping attacks against our servers.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Italy and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
